How does EiPrint calculate the price of my 3D print?
The app adds up 6 real costs: material, energy, maintenance, failures, machine ROI and miscellaneous costs. It applies your editable add-ons for Printing, Finishing and Painting. The result is shown in three values: Production (raw cost), Without Painting and With Painting.
Does it work with resin and filament printers?
Yes. EiPrint supports both types: SLA/MSLA (resin, in ml/L) and FDM (filament, in g/kg). You choose in the Settings screen and the app automatically adjusts all labels, units and material cost formulas.
Do I need an internet connection to use it?
No. Calculations, catalog, materials and settings work 100% offline. Internet is only needed for login, cloud sync and showing ads on the free plan.
How much does the Premium plan cost?
We have two Premium plans: Monthly at ~$4.99/month or Annual at ~$3.99/month (~$47.88/year, save 20%). Both include unlimited history, catalog, materials and printer profiles, no ads and full access to the web app at eiprint3d.com. You get a free 14-day trial before paying. Prices are approximate — billing is in BRL.
Will my data be saved if I switch phones?
Yes. When you create your free account, all your data (calculations, catalog, materials, sales) is securely saved in our cloud. Just sign in on the new device and everything appears synced in real time.
Does EiPrint replace pricing spreadsheets?
Yes, that is exactly the goal. Instead of maintaining Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheets with fragile formulas, you configure the printer once, register your materials and each new quote is ready in seconds with a full cost breakdown.
Is there an iPhone (iOS) version?
Currently the Android version is available for download on Google Play. The iPhone version is planned and will be launched soon, with the same experience and your accounts synced.
